The United Nations Population Fund in Moldova announces the sale of office vehicle
Instructions and Sale Conditions The vehicle can be inspected in the period 04 – 18 October 2011, between 15:00 and 17:00 at the following address: # 131, 31 August 1989 Street, Chisinau (except Saturdays and Sundays); The sale will be made to the highest bidder, based on the offers received; Bids, prepared in accordance with the form below, shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the UNDP Office at the address # 131, 31 August 1989 Street, Chisinau, not later than 16:30 (local time) on 18 October 2011. You need JavaScript enabled to view it The bids shall be marked with the note “UNFPA Volkswagen”. The bid shall contain the offered price in USD, date of submission and bidder’s contact information. Late bids, or those submitted in un-sealed envelopes, shall not be considered; UNFPA reserves the right to reject any bid without providing the reason for doing so; Payment shall be made in cash or by bank transfer in Moldovan Lei at the UN Operational Rate of Exchange on the day of payment; The buyer agrees that the vehicle is sold “as is, where is”, in its present technical state without any written guarantees; The sold vehicle is not subject to return or exchange. The vehicle is NOT cleared of customs formalities UNFPA will provide a receipt that will serve as the official bill of sale. UNFPA will retain diplomatic license plates and registration documents in order to de-register the vehicle. UNFPA will arrange necessary documents (official letter to authorities to arrange de-registration and customs declaration) within five working days after receipt of payment. The buyer shall be responsible for all further expenses related to vehicle registration; The vehicle shall be handed-over only upon payment of full bid price; Payment and receipt of vehicle shall be done within 5 working days following the announcement of the winner; UNFPA shall not bear the responsibility for any repairs or any other service charges of the sold vehicle; The buyer shall bear all related customs clearance, transportation and insurance costs of the sold vehicle.
