During the two days, young people managed to know each other and form goal and objectives of the training. Together with trainer, Anna Susarenco, participants established current problems youth face nowadays and proposed ideas for their resolution. Addressing the issue of unsafe sexual relations, future journalists came to conclusion that information, communication and appropriate behaviour are the keys to problems solving. Under the aegis of the facilitator, Igor Guzun, young people identified traits and values of a professional journalist they need to develop themselves.“A person is not born a journalist, he becomes one”, said Igor Guzun. Apart from the training activities, the prticipants have already got experiences in the fields of volunteer work and journalism. For instance, Doina Hatman has been already working as a peer educator for one year, and Ana Indoitu writes articles for ‘Tribuna Copiilor’ republican newspaper.

During 3-7 May 2010, a workshop entitled "Young journalists inform on HIV/AIDS" took place in Chisinau Labour Institute. The training united 31 high school students from the entire country, who had been previously selected by the National Youth Resource Centre (NYRC), Peer Education Network, Y-PEER Moldova, and UN Population Fund, UNFPA.
With the training completion on May 7, participants have become journalists for Y-PEER and NYRC. They follow the mission to inform youth through mass media in areas related to youth sexual and reproductive health and rights.
